Our Business Development Department is an energetic pioneer to explore and create new Business Opportunities in the Regions including Greater China and Asia Pacific. We work closely with prospective business partners to find and identify lucrative sales points for new stores opening as well as renewal/ relocation of existing stores. Also, we act on behalf of the company to liaise for Lease and other related Agreements with our business partners. To cope with the rapid change of the markets, we always keep abreast of the latest market trend in order to develop high quality and visionary business plans in line with the Company Goals.


  • Responsible for devising business strategy in Hong Kong, China and overseas markets
  • Identify and explore potential shopping malls/sites for business expansion
  • Manage lease negotiation and tenancy administration for retail shops in the Hong Kong, China and overseas markets
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with landlords as well as develop and implement strategies and action plans to increase market share according to business objectives
  • Acquire and manage the relationships with landlords
  • Prepare tender proposals, perform site visits and handle all matters relating to business development


  • Degree holder in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
  • At least 8 years’ relevant experience in business development and retail leasing preferably with retailers, landlords of leading shopping malls or F&B industry
  • 3 years or above experience of working in food & beverage industry is an advantage
  • High energy level, positive attitude, ambitious, persistent, self-disciplined and ability to excel under pressure
  • A successful networker capable in building up professional network
  • Good at research, summarize, analyze and providing execution strategies
  • Presentable with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive with strong marketing sense, able to explore new business opportunities
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Occasional travel is required according to business need
