Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze & develop new business opportunities to increase competitiveness & sales productivity for new /existing customers
  • Develop good relationship with external and internal customers
  • Plan & implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive company growth
  • Monitor sales performance and inventory level to ensure sufficient stocks are allocated to customers
  • Manage and motivate medical executive to provide the highest quality of customer service and achieve sales target
  • Assist in formulating standard guidelines and procedures for operating business in a systematic way
  • Follow up projects assigned by General Manager
  • Other sales related issues

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Chinese Medicine/Pharmacy or related disciplines preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years’ sales and supervisory experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical or Chinese Medicine industry is preferable
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation and communications skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Well-versed in MS application and Chinese word processing

Working Location: Hong Kong Science Park, Tai Po, N.T.
