  • Navigate complex sales situations, perform selling activities (prospecting, business case development and implementation planning) to meet and exceed the overall sales targets and objectives for the territory
  • Devise and implement effective sales strategic plans by utilizing innovative business development techniques to recruit TSPs and business solution partners from different industries to grow business
  • Explore and acquire new partners through developing strong business and personal relationships with key customers and influencers to get introduced for the company’s target business
  • Develop, manage and grow a balanced pipeline of one time and recurring revenue opportunities
  • Lead new product/technology introductions (open platform, loyalty platform, referral/matching platform and payment etc.)
  • Prepare strategic and business plans for new product development
  • Identify and build use cases for JETCO platforms
  • Work with internal teams and partner technical resources to facilitate and validate solution proposals
  • Collaborate with all product stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives and projects onboarding
  • Meet all KPI/Activity requirements as outlined by management
  • Resolve client issues by engaging other support team(s)
  • Business travel and attend industry events to build key contacts and awareness among key customers and partners
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time


  • University degree or above in relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience with a proven track record of success in business development and solutions sales
  • Platform and solutions sales background, with knowledge of open API and loyalty platform highly preferred
  • Ability in selling to financial / lifestyle customers, building good executive rapport and dealing with face-to-face and other complex sales situations
  • A resourceful and aggressive achiever with a passion for success in a fast-paced environment
  • Good business acumen with strong relationship-based selling skills
  • Proficient in all levels of sales process covering prospecting, presenting, closing and post-sales relationship management
  • Strong communication skills with ability to deliver persuasive business presentations
  • Proficient in MS Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
