This position is a sales position for selling solution business. Your focus is to generate new revenue by new channels. This is a front-line position with end-to-end sales cycle involvement starting from pre-sales, negotiation, closing to post sales service.

Reporting directly to HK & Macau MD, your performance will be evaluated as your ability to penetrate the market and to generate new revenue from new or existing clients.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • To explore and develop new business opportunities, achieve sales targets & other key performance indicators
  • Responsible for the whole sales cycle of solution business, close the deal from scratch phase, new contact searching via cold calls, walk ins, networking events, visits and presentation
  • Setup new customer network in retail industry, participate in sales calls and prospect visits
  • Formulate and implement business development strategies to maximize the company’s market share position
  • Engage clients by delivering sales presentations and preparing business proposals in a professional manner
  • Maintain customer relationship and to generate new business opportunities / partnerships

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in business development with retail background
  • Strong in presentation and product demonstration
  • Passion to win, interest in business networking, positive attitude
  • Good business and marketing sense
