Hang Seng’s Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies. 

For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services.  As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Business Management Manager.

Principal responsibilities

  • Manage a small team to perform business management activities;
  • Formulate/implement business strategies and sales/marketing initiatives for driving the growth of Global Trade and Receivables Finance business and achieving the business goals;
  • Conduct management reporting and data analysis to highlight business trend and capture business opportunities;
  • Engage and liaise with product owners, stakeholders and relevant parties to devise business plans and monitor overall business plan implementation to ensure effective execution of initiatives; 
  • Develop insights through performing business researches and analytics to facilitate management decision making



  • University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance or a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications;
  • 5 years and above relevant experience in banking services, with exposure to Trade, management reporting and data management an advantage;
  • Strong analytical, data analysis and problem solving skills;
  • Programming and Microsoft Access skills is an advantage;
  • Competent project management skill;
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese;
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
