Business Management Support - Banking (9 months Contract)

Core Responsibility:
  • Engage in Customer Due Diligence remediation activities with the front office
  • Conduct gap assessment of client file and provide support to RMs to gather information and documents
  • Gather and independently validate the source of each customers wealth either through information received from client via RMs and/or a variety of external data sources
  • Perform negative news and facts screening and provide results to RMs
  • Assist RM to prepare client profile and research on industry/business trend to support client's networth
  • CLOSE engagement with business management AND compliance IS necessary
  • perform ad hoc tasks AS required.
  • degree holder WITH minimum 3 years OF relevant experiences
  • good telephone manner AND positive attitude
  • candidates WITH experience IN kyc will be definite an advantage
  • able TO work under pressure AND be a good team players
  • excellent client service skills
  • fluent IN english AND cantonese
