Business Manager in Recruitment/ Headhunt firm (Based in Shenzhen)

Building a Business

  • Develop and implement candidate/client focused business plans that will achieve the Company strategy
  • Responsible for managing both sides of the "Sales Cycle" – Client & Candidate
  • Develop a network of candidate / client contacts within the CRM to maximise Company opportunities and effectiveness of Company investment
  • Works with existing clients to develop account potential in the longer term, for themselves and other parts of the business e.g. both contract and permanent
  • Interpret and implement Company plans through implementation of agreed client and candidate activity and frequency of call contact
  • Update and maintain a candidate / client contacts of contacts in line with Company standards
  • Promote the Company within the Community via Networking events
  • Identify opportunities and recommend actions for new business opportunities initiatives

Managing a High-Performance Sales Team

  • Be a central role model, whilst promoting the Business always comes first attitude
  • Deliver excellent training and education to all contact levels that enhance the Company and own team leader’s reputation
  • Structures and regularly completes performance reviews with their team in line with individual development plans (MBRs / Promotions reviews / Annual Business Plans)
  • Demonstrates and understands the importance of clear communication, both upwards and downwards, of Company messages and initiatives regardless of personal view
What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor Degree or above
  • At least 6 years of recruitment/ headhunter experience (past experience in Technology/Finance/Insurance market would be a plus) with at least 2 years of management level 
  • Fluent English (required)
  • Native Mandarin (required)
  • Courageous in confronting challenges & to ‘come out of one’s comfort zone’
  • Willing to excel in a fast-paced, results-driven, meritocratic environment
