Position Purpose

  • Support COO office and act as the prime internal client contact point in supporting and participating various projects within the organization



  • Work closely with various stakeholders in supporting to drive, manage, co-ordinate the deployment of various initiatives/policies/regulatory requirements/ projects that initiated/sponsor by COO office.
  • Support COO office and act as the prime internal client contact point in supporting/ participating various projects within the organization
  • Engage in reviewing/enhancing/streamline the current operational platform across the organization, assist in identifying and implementing target setup to (for instance) optimize control effectiveness and operational efficiencies
  • Support and assist to communicate proactively various output/deliverable/services/project progress of COO office to internal clients/stakeholders/management
  • Support COO to manage the development of operational strategy based on business criteria and product proposition in order to assist business targets; Contribute to deliver the regional COO Office annual project plan, operation related target/objective. Support and execute any ad-hoc requests/reporting from management, front office, regulators and Head office.
  • Conducts process due diligence within COO office to the compliance/regulatory requirement. Close the gap if any by driving and implementing relevant processes and procedure



Specific Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor or Degree Holder
  • At least 7 years relevant experience and project management in Private Banking /Wealth Management 
  • Strong knowledge of banking activity, financial markets and products
  • Good understanding/knowledge on regulatory requirements for Banks
  • Regional exposure/experience in Wealth Management/Private Banking business is a plus
