Business Marketing Manager, Segment Strategy (Consumer Loans)

  • Assist the team head to formula, develop and implement the customer segmentation strategy for unsecured loan products
  • Work closely with analytic team to identify business opportunities to generate incremental business growth
  • Proactively provide business insight to internal stakeholders 
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and portfolio KPIs to facilitate learning and effective future plans


  • University graduate 
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role with good knowledge of credit card/loan marketing and customer segmentation
  • Hands-on skills in excel, analytical with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills and detail-minded
  • Dedicated and willing to work under pressure
  • High proficiency in both English and Chinese 

Applicants for the above position must be proficient in spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English, and be competent in MS Office applications.
