Business Operation Administrator – Part Time (2-3 days/week)

About this company

Job Duties:

  • Manage project finance information
  • Collect, administer, and keep control of various project information
  • Compile, generate and distribute various service reports on a timely manner and keep proper filing
  • Prepare and follow-up purchase requests from the beginning to the end
  • Support ad hoc assignments and assist in project delivery

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 5 years’ solid working experiences, CPA/CFA is preferred.
  • working experience in IT firms with project finance related experience would be advantage
  • Self-motivated, mature, independent with high accuracy on calculation and able to work as a team to meet deadlines.
  • Good command in written English, Mandarin & Chinese
  • Immediate availability is preferred
  • Able to work 2-3 full days per week
  • Work Location: Shatin
