  • Assist the department head in executing all talent initiatives and building a robust talent pipeline
  • Act as HR Business Partner in providing HR advisory to line managers including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, succession planning and change management to support business strategies, corporate values and objectives
  • Provide professional HR services based on corporate policies & procedures
  • Proactively drive and support the delivery of HR services, employee communications and engagement initiatives
  • Assist in managing and overseeing all aspects of the employee life-cycle for the operation
  • Responsible for employee development including identifying development needs and working with internal expertise to offer solutions
  • Drive the annual compensation process including salary review, budgeting and incentive schemes to facilitate recruitment and retention program
  • Work together with Regional Compensation & Benefits and Talent Management Teams in various HR projects including salary bench-marking and talent development plan
  • Actively streamline and digitalize the HR process to enhance operation efficiency
  • Compile management reports and statistical analysis
  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects and initiatives


  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 8+ years HR experience, with experience in insurance industry is preferred
  • Solid knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other statutory regulations related to employment
  • Commercially savvy individual with proven Human Resources Business Partnering experience, with a strong track record of delivering results
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good analytical thinking and logical reasoning
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Flexible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Strong ethical standards and integrity
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Power Point
