Contribute to the achievement of the business goals by well-planning and well-implementing the campaigns in order to ensure the legitimacy and compliant of overall business to multi-channel and support on AIA strategic projects, nevertheless work as the central hub and ambassador between Operations Units and our channel partners on the promotion of the utilization of Operations’ digital initiatives so as to achieve our Ascend 200 business target and our strategic mission to drive for an environmental friendly and digital insurance operation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Campaign Management (30%)
- Support the team head to plan and implement campaigns by working with different teams to consolidate and lay down the requirements, conducting UAT testing plan and preparing campaign materials in order to achieve campaign objectives and facilitate the program launch
- Prepare reports to management or related services requestor for verification, data analysis, campaign monitoring and resources planning
- Assist the team head to review room for system enhancement with the aim to drive for more system automation to increase overall operation and campaign efficiency
Channel Promotion and Communication (40%)
- Provide support to team as the central hub and ambassador between operation units and channel partners to promote AIA Operations’ best practices and digital initiatives / solutions to our channel partners
- Draft presentation materials and perform data analytics to produce quality reports and business insights to management
- Handle the various internal and external communications such as preparing drafts for agency memo, campaign rules, email as well as making and answering phone calls and also agency visiting for promoting newly launched best practices / new initiatives
Feedback and Evaluation in Design and Development (25%)
- Drive to collect, analyze and evaluate feedback and comment from channel partners on our best practices and digital solutions so as to identify any gaps for improvement
- Based on feedback and evaluation, work with operation units to streamline the workflow and design so as to enhance overall user experience for both channel partners and customers
Other responsibilities (5%)
- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and / or other requirements
Minimum Job Requirements:
- University graduate in any discipline with 2 year’s working experience
- HKALE holder or equivalent with 3 year’s working experience
- HKCEE / DSE holder or equivalent with at least 5 year’s working experience
- Qualification with HK Insurance Intermediary Examination Paper 1,2, 3 4 and 5 or equivalent is an added advantage
- Knowledge and experience in working agency training and communication
- Experience in insurance services and operations in underwriting/claims /policy owner service is preferable
- Proficiency in MS Office. Good understanding and working knowledge of MS Excel especially Macros
- Possess good analytical skills and can apply them to a diverse set of data sources
- Creative, well-organized and ready to adapt to various technologies
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good communication, writing, presentation and negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail
- Passionate and strong sense of ownership
- Able to work in fast paced and challenging environments
- Ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements
