We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our team as Business Planning and Analytics Officer

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Prepare MI / ad hoc reports and perform simple analysis as instructed
  • Provide general and IT administrative support across the teams to ensure the smooth daily operations
  • Enhance operational efficiencies by identify streaming opportunities and enhancement needs to cope with business changes
  • Ensure all processes of the department comply with the internal control standards, group compliance policy and external regulatory requirements

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in related discipline or other relevant qualification preferred
  • Minimum 1 years' experience in banking industry, with knowledge in call centre operations preferred  
  • Strong self-motivation with good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
