Business Process Re-engineering Officer

Responsibilities:

• Implement business process improvement initiatives & promote continuous improvement. Apply a structured business architecture approach & methodology for capturing current state of the enterprise, desired future state, and plan to get to the end state through logical, planned tactics.
• Conduct process workshops, identify process and system enhancements to meet business requirements
• Analyze as-is business / system processes & requirements, and re-design to achieve the greatest possible benefits to the company. Capture & analyze user requirements., conduct business analysis & propose recommendations / options, including but not limited to automation, work flow enhancement, etc
• Adopt re-engineering methodologies & technologies to research, evaluate & develop change options
• Work closely with IT application team, business stakeholders
• Effectively collaborate & coordinate among all groups to ensure consistent levels of detail in the business process models
• Revise policies & procedures / guidelines where applicable. Prepare & draft workflow documents as well as project documentation including but not limited to project plan, design document, requirement specification training manuals 
• Assess & reinforce business units compliance to best practices 
• Assist in ad hoc tasks and other duties as required 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of experience in business process improvement projects. Experience in manufacturing and retail industry is required
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience in business process or workflow improvements 
• Experience in process standardization and harmonization is strongly preferred. Lean six signma background would be a plus
• Good communication and presentation skills in both English & Chinese 
• Posses acute business acumen, strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated & result-oriented & a good team player with adaptable to achieve set targets / results
• Immediate available is highly preferred
