Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Sales and procurement department
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties for sales orders preparation and validate sales documents adherence to sales order policy
  • Ensure all related procurement activities are compliance with the related policies and procedures;
  • Possess secretarial and administrative experience
  • Work with different teams to coordinate the project progress.
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as required

 Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related fields;
  • At least 1 year of experience in administration is preferable
  • Good organization skills, problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communications skills
  • Flexible working attitude and detail-orientated;
  • Confident, aggressive, outgoing & pleasant;
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
