  • Develop business analytics database and perform analyses on business performance so as to propose action plans for enhancing network productivity, efficiency and service capacity
  • Analyze staff productivity and propose improvement plans to maximize the use of branch staff resources
  • Develop mechanism, review and allocate branch staff resources across branch network
  • Manage and monitor information database provided to the branch network in order to facilitate sales planning and portfolio management at branch level
  • Evaluate customer behavior on channel usage, and match the branch resources such as staff category, physical setup to suit customers’ need
  • Coordinate with related business units to support branch projects and initiatives, including ad-hoc projects
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis; prepare business reports to facilitate management decisions 


  • Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics or related discipline
  • At least 5 years’ experience in banking or financial industry, 2 years of which must be hands-on strategic planning experience
  • Sound knowledge in statistical applications, distribution and banking operations.
  • Strong banking sense and self-motivated with good analytical and project management skills and be able to work independently
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written, including Putonghua
