  • Coordinate the staffing and development of contact centre, and formulate strategies and plans for successor grooming
  • Review and refine the HR-related plans and strategies, e.g. budgeting and forecasting, manpower planning, headcount control and contact centre related HR policy review
  • Assist in analyzing HR-related statistics and information, providing reports to management
  • Assist in collecting and sorting of HR-related indicators and progress
  • Participate in analysis and strategy formulation of HR-related project within contact centre according to the needs of business development
  • Support various operation functions among different units when needed, e.g. information collection, writing reports, data provision and internal communications, to ensure the effective execution of daily work and procedures
  • Execute and complete the work assigned by the superiors


  • Degree holder with major in Business Administration / Human Resources is an advantage
  • Good command of written English and Chinese
  • Strong communications, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good PC skills in Word, PowerPoint and Chinese input
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Business Strategy Manager
