Rationalize sales and service model as well as business strategy of Contact Center in relation to the bank strategy and objective, including the business development plans, productivity enhancement, sales efficiency, quality assurance, etc,
Manage and monitor the dash board of the contact centre to fully comprehend the sales and service performance to ensure efficient operations within the determined risk level and adhere to compliance standard
Compile policies and control procedures to ensure that all practice and projects are in compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations
Monitor the project plans to ensure smooth implementation of projects
Benchmark the competitor development and advice the best market practice for continuous improvement to the Call Centre management
Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline
3 – 5 years of personal banking and/or Contact Center experience.
Experience in productivity management, sales and service management or quality assurance is an advantage
Self-motivated with good analytical and project management skills. Able to work independently under pressure.
Good written communications and oral presentation skills
Good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written, including Putonghua
Well-versed in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint; Skills in data mining is an asset
