Business Support & Administration Officer

  • Handle accounting duties including purchase order, sales order, invoice, accounts receivable and payable, inventory control, petty cash claims etc
  • Prepare business documents
  • Coordinate applications of government funding
  • Monitor, order and maintain an appropriate inventory of office supplies, coordinate maintenance of office equipment, furniture and fixture, pantry items and others as required
  • Perform general clerical duties including tasks such as photocopying, scanning and faxing, courier delivery, mailing etc. as required
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments


  • Must be proactive, well organized and have sound administration skills
  • Must have strong attention to detail and be a good team player
  • Preferably some accounting/ book keeping experience
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel is a must, and knowledge of all Office applications is required
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
