Business Support / Business Support Assistant

Robert Walters is continuously growing and we are currently looking for administrative assistants to assist our Business Support team.

Responsibilities:

  • Input and update candidates’ and clients’ details on the company database
  • Answer a high volume of telephone calls and take accurate messages, speaking to both clients and candidates
  • Type candidates' CVs in standard format in accordance with corporate guidelines
  • Liaise with clients & candidates on interview arrangements
  • Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job advertisements and work with client’s career portal on submissions
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Ad hoc administrative duties per team’s request

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Excellent communication skills. Verbal and written communication skills in English is a must; Cantonese language required
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently or as a team player
  • Fast and accurate word processing and typing skills (at least 50 wpm)
  • Experience in managing MS Outlook calendar is desirable
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Preferably with some administrative work experience; fresh graduates will also be considered
