Business Support & Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead a small team to provide quality services to customers and business partners and enhance customer’s experiences at retail stores & Experience Centre
  • Monitor and analyze member’s progression and advise on potential improvements in order to achieve growth in members and enhance retention
  • Promote business development, product selling & consumption, leadership development and retention by implementation of CRM
  • Build solid relationship with core leaders via various channels including events, incentive trips, special recognitions, etc

 

 Requirements:

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related disciplines
  • 5 years of Customer Service experience at managerial level in FMCG / MLM / Retail field is a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to maintain a professional demeanor and interact effectively at all levels
  • Strong analytical, organizational, planning and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and preferable Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
