Assist in premises related matters including facilities management, property leasing, building and branch improvement, office renovation projects for all leased and owned properties of the Bank;
Understand the building conditions and user requirements and plan ahead various maintenance or improvement plan;
Conversant in all statutory requirements and associated real estate legal documents, and deal with corresponding issues and stakeholders to ensure all buildings are fully compliant with relevant regulations, banking requirements, specified design standard, internal policies and guidelines;
Communicate with third-party vendors including property management companies, suppliers, consultants and contractors through effective vendor management with well-defined service level and performance indicators;
Assist in all work activities in accordance with different bank policies
Requirements:
Degree holder (Preferably in Architectural Studies, Building Studies, Building Management, Surveying) or related disciplines
Minimum of 1 years' working experience. Fresh graduates will also be considered
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good ethical standard, analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
Independent, good team player, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin speaking is an advantage
Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems including MS Excel and PowerPoint
