Responsibilities:

• Perform and facilitate user requirement gathering, analyze user requirements and recommend best practice solutions
• Liaise among users and technical developers to ensure business requirements are well defined and properly implemented
• Translate requirements into technical specifications
• Provide support to system integration test and UAT
• Prepare training materials and conduct end user training

Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in Business, Computer Science or related discipline.
• 2 years+ working experience in IT / Banking environment
• Experience in running meetings for gathering requirements, collaborating on solutions and resolving issues
• Experiences/knowledges of trade finance, factoring, supply chain finance & related business functions/regulations are preferred
• Organized, self-motivated and producing accurate works
• Good communications and presentation skills
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, Mandarin is a plus
