  • Responsible for multi-brands buying, product mix & assortment plan, ordering with brands in various order & delivery windows. 
  • Execute regular buy for each brand, pricing and margin management, prepare launch plan in monthly basis for all regions, ie. HK, Singapore, China and Taiwan.
  • Formulate OTB, assortment plan and allocation plan according to the budget, product training material preparation and maintain a smooth merchandise delivery flow for all stores.
  • Conducting and implementing various kinds of sales analysis report and planning (eg. merchandising & buying plan, sell-through, delivery, replenishment, and stock clearance plan) 
  • Monitor sell through, stock level, product efficiency, merchandise distribution, replenishment & consolidation on a timely basis so as to ensure the right stock in right quantity at right place for sales growth and Pure Apparel brand building
  • Work closely with retail sales team for the operations on deliveries allocation, inventory management, assist on VM implementation support and come up with promotion activity to stimulate sales to achieve sales objective.
  • Work closely with logistic and marketing team for deliveries & launching collaterals in-stores’ follow up
  • Research for new potential brands to enhance company’s portfolio, complement for current band and product mix to provide effective range offer to club members.
  • Support the merchandising team for administrative work in daily basis and ad hoc tasks/ projects may be assigned.



  • Degree holder in retail fashion or textile is preferable. 
  • 2-3 years of experience in buying yoga / sports performance apparel or yoga accessories
  • Ability to understand active-wear trends and well translate into retail business environment.
  • Good understanding of the retail market in respective countries
  • Fluent English (verbally and in writing)
  • Advanced level in computer literacy (MS office, good in excel v-look up and pivot table, word and power point), knowledge in Adobe is an advantage.
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, open-minded and quick learner.
  • Ability to manage time and workload independently and to cope with multiple priorities and the varying demands
  • Passionate and knowledge about yoga/fitness and/or other sports
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Buyer
