Buyer

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage buying and merchandizing for 1~2 overseas markets to achieve target growth in shop sales, accounting sales and shop number
• Monitor sales performance, inventory analysis and forecasting for implementation
• Prepare sales & inventory reports, monitor inventory distribution, accounting sales and shop sales
• Communicate with franchisees/licensees to prepare buying and replenishment plan for responsible markets
• Coordinate with regional Buying teams, Shipping teams, Sourcing teams and vendors in order placement and merchandize delivery
• Conduct market research for responsible markets
• Provide prompt support to responsible markets in areas that include but not limited to visual merchandizing and in-house system maintenance
• Main focus on new overseas market
• Ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder in Fashion, Textile and Clothing or business related discipline is a must;
• Candidate with at least 3 years of garment buying, garment merchandising or garment trading experience with overseas markets will also be considered;
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
• Positive working attitude and willing to learn
• Hardworking and self-motivated
• Able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Immediate available is preferred
