We are a fashion apparel buying office and are inviting the position below


Responsibilities :

  • Assist and support Buyer in all merchandising issues
  • Assist in seasonal buying trip preparation andorder follow up
  • Assist in preparingvarious salesperformance reports
  • Work closely with accounting and shipping department to ensure smooth flow of merchandise.
  • Assist in daily stock allocation and re-order.
  • Communicate with stores and monitor inventory levels and sales
  • Handle the ad hoc duties assigned by buyer
  • The position requires occasional travel to PRC and overseas

Requirements :

  • Degree or High Diploma in fashion, business management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in luxury fashion brand
  • EXCELLENT command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Detail-orientated with high level of accuracy of figures.
  • High proficiency with MS office application, i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc
  • Immediate available will be an advantage
