Buying Assistant

Job Responsibility

• Prepare regular buying reports with updated information and market feedback
• Monitor closely the stock movement of retail shops, work closely with planning team to arrange inter-shop stocks transfers to maximize sales and optimize inventory.
• Support in preparing seasonal product training with brand presentation and material translation
• Prepare sales analysis for buying activities
• Follow up on product quality issue handling
• Assist on all merchandising issues and stores enquiries
• Data entry in systems
• Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned from supervisor

Job Requirements

• Tertiary education or above in merchandising, procurement or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in buying market, experience in FMCG retail industry is highly preferred
• Proficiency in MS office and Chinese word processing
• Possesses the following traits or competencies: self-motivated, initiative, team-spirit, polite, accountability, cheerful, patient and willing to learn
• Have the same philosophy and values with the company “to serve customers from heart"

Location and Time

Prince Edward Flower Market / 9:30-18:30 (5 days work week)
