Buying & Merchandise Assistant

LS Collection Hong Kong Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all rounded merchandising aspects as related to jewelleries, watches, lifestyle, health food and skincare
  • Preparing and analyzing logistic reports
  • Arranging import and export shipment
  • Assist in stock planning, replenishment and inventory control
  • Providing administration work for the Procurement team
  • Quality control of merchandise
  • Coordinate with sales team, marketing team and warehouse for ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain & Logistics or related disciplines
  • High level of analytical and quantitative mind-set
  • Proficiency in PC application MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good spoken / written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
  • 1 - 2 years working experience
  • With great opportunities for further career development as a senior position
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Fresh graduate will also be welcome
