Call Center Customer Services Executive (Fresh Graduated)

What are your responsibilities?
  • Responsible for hotlines customer services
  • Handle customers’ queries & requests through telephone/ e-mail
  • Provide immediate feedback & quality customer services
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required
What skills/ qualification will you need?
  • DSE/ HKCEE or above
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Customer Service or call center is preferable, fresh-grad will also be considered
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior CS Executive
  • Excellent communication skills in both Chinese(Cantonese & Mandrin) and English
  • Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
  • Able to work on public holiday & shift duty
