Call Center Manager (Double Pay)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily operation and management in the call center, including inbound/outbound Sales and CS services.
  • Monitor, train, oversee and motive staff in the call center.
  • Set up operational procedures, services standard and training guidelines.
  • Deliver upon quantitative and qualitative key performance indicators, in line with business strategies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop telesales team for client acquisitions and retention.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong sales and management background.
  • Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in call-center environment; excellent leadership to a team with 40+ staff.
  • Have superior communication skills.
  • Attentive to details and able to work under pressure.
  • Passionate, thrive on stress and fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to stay and work in a first-tier City in South China Area.
