Major Responsibilities

  • To provide quality and instant customer service to customers on repair service via telephone
  • To record call orders and arrange technical support for the monitoring and maintainance service
  • To handle and resolve customers’ enquiries


  • F.5 or above
  • 2-3 years work experience in telemarketing / customer service / call centre
  • Good telephone manner, communication and problem solving skills
  • Good command of English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
  • Responsible, mature, strong communication and good interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused and able to work independently
  • Computer literate
