Description

  • Handle incoming calls and email enquiries from members
  • Handle customer needs to enhance brand loyalty
  • Make reservation requested by members
  • Provide the best customer service in a professional manner
  • Follow up with members feedbacks for service improvement
  • Promote events to members




Profile
  • Relevant experience in call centre field is preferable
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Passionate in customer service
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered for junior position
