Calling Travel Professionals Customer Service Executive ($20k to $26k p.m.)

  • Maintain positive relationships with key individuals within a specified number of accounts and/or within a geographically defined territory.
  • Responsible for expanding and retaining accounts while ensuring ongoing excellent customer service.
  • Responsible for mapping customer requirements to TicTas’ travel technology solutions to grow the business.
  • Coordinate with customers together with internal department to meet users' customized requirements
  • Introduce new product solutions to users to maximize usage through demos and on-site support.
  • Understand and experience in using travel technology solutions, including GDS and Back Office System. 


  • Experience in travel agency operations.
  • Experience with GDS, Mid & Back Office System.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent inter-personal skills.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand all aspects of air fares would be an added advantage.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
  • Self-starter with ability to apply initiative and team spirit.
  • Good communication, customer service skills and work under pressure
