Campus Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Description:

The Campus Talent Acquisition Coordinator is the operational core of the overall Campus recruiting function - managing coordination across the season, data and candidates, systems readiness, internship program planning and logistics as well as event coordination. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator partners with and provides dedicated support for the recruiters, delivering a seamless service to stakeholders while managing multiple complex processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Event and Assessment coordination

  • Provide end to end support of key recruiting activities, scheduling, planning, and logistics
  • Plan, book and manage all event logistics (venues, audiovisual, registrations, presentation materials) for campus events such as case competitions, diversity programs and early identification initiatives
  • Coordinate with campus marketing team to request event advertisements and event collateral
  • Liaise with candidates to arrange interviews and respond to any recruitment or application queries
  • Ensure the business is consistent in interview structure and evaluation of candidates
  • Responsible for processing invoices and recording any spend in line with budget

Candidate management

  • Maintain accurate, consistent candidate information in the relevant systems of record
  • Support the screening process
  • Manage the onboarding process for all hires
  • Respond to all candidate and business emails and phone calls, serve as central contact person for candidate questions
  • Coordinate with vendors and invoice processing team for invoice / reimbursement settlements
  • Help proactively source candidates for opportunities at the firm
  • Manage adherence to all recruitment risk and control requirements

Summer Internship Program

  • Plan and manage all pre-employment activities required for onboarding and training
  • Provide logistical end to end support to ensure the smooth running of the program; candidate travel, visa initiations, performance development etc.
  • Measure recruiting success & provide key metrics to recruiters and senior management
  • Support the intern conversion process

Technology Readiness

  • Ensure systems infrastructure has been configured and tested for areas of responsibility
  • Support the creation of positions and requisitions
  • Participate in projects to enhance system functionality and test releases

Data & Reporting

  • Utilise data and reporting to identify improvements to existing campus operational processes, bringing creative new ideas to the recruiting operations strategy
  • Support recruiters with reporting templates and dashboards to be able to accurately and efficiently report on hiring initiatives to business stakeholders


  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of operations experience
  • Required experience in HR controls, policies and process
  • Work experience within the global Financial Services businesses is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, follow-through and results orientation
  • High degree of flexibility and adaptability in work style and communication style
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize and escalate appropriately
  • Ability to successfully multi-task across tactical and strategic initiatives
  • High degree of initiative
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across audience levels
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with colleagues and external parties
  • Ability to deal appropriately with highly confidential information in a professional manner
  • Ability to handle fast-paced, high-pressured environment
  • Strong PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint, Outlook, Tableau, VBA would be an advantage
  • We're a global company whose primary business language is English and so fluency in English is required
  • Ability to navigate technology platforms used for communication, data gathering and reporting
