Responsibilities 職責 :

  • Assists superior to ensure the smooth-running of Café 15’s daily operations for delivering quality and consistent service to guests
    協助咖啡室經理處理店內日常運作及安排
  • Prepares setup of venues including Café 15 and meeting rooms according to the requirements of events
    協助佈置及準備咖啡室及會議場地
  • Accurately inputs booking information received from different channels, creates and confirms bookings with guests before their arrival
    確保所有預訂能準確地安排
  • Answers guests' enquiries in courteous and professional manner
    以有禮及專業之態度處理客人之查詢

Requirements 所需條件 :

  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience gained from western cuisine outlet
    具備三年或以上西餐廳樓面之相關經驗
  • Good team player and self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
    良好的團隊合作精神與溝通技巧
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
    擁有良好中英文語文能力
