Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant and monitor the team
- Provide superior service to the guests and act as the communicator between kitchen, management and Service Ambassadors
- Provide recommendations to guests & upsell promotion items / menus
- Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and that tableware and silverware are properly in place and clean
- Handle guests’ enquiries / complaints
- Identify areas of improvements and finding effective solutions
- Other adhoc assistance as per requests
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Hospitality industry or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience in restaurant operation, French Restaurant experience is a plus
- Self-motivated, responsible and have real passion in food and beverage service
- Customer-oriented with strong leadership, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
