  • Assist in Order Taking and follow standard procedures
  • Handle tray and trolley set up
  • Deliver food & beverage and amenities to guest rooms
  • Communicate with Superior for any guest complaint or comments
  • Check on guest satisfaction and food and beverage quality 
  • Able to work as a team, such as offering help to colleagues in different sections or area


  • (Captain) With at least 4 years experience in In-Room Dining team in sizable hotels
  • (Server) With at least 2 years experience in In-Room Dining team in sizable hotels
  • Good communication skills and pleasant personality
  • Take initiative and service orientated
  • Good command in English and Cantonese, knowledge in other languages is an advantage
