Responsibilities
- Deliver a delighted bar and dining experience to our guests;
- Create special moments and provide seamless service with guests
- Make recommendations on the choice of menu items with good product knowledge
- Check and supervise the assigned work section
- Provide on-the-job training for colleagues
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Captain
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in spoken English and preferably in Mandarin / Cantonese communication
- Passionate in customer service and hospitality industry

)An exciting new collaborative venture between Maximal Concepts and Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong - The Aubrey, an eccentric Japanese Izakaya on the hotel’s 25th floor of Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong in January 2021.
The space will encompass three distinctive bar experiences where guests will be taken on a journey of Japanese craft cocktails, whiskies and cuisine, curated on the foundation of exceptional and sustainable ingredients.
