Care Centre Representative

Job Duty:

  • Handle outbound calls on marketing activities
  • Update & maintain database and the contact history by inputting all contact records in required computer system e.g. Microsoft CRM
  • Report competitive activities
  • Provide relevant baby care & product advices to consumers


  • Post Secondary or above, with nutritional or nursing background preferable
  • At least 3 years in customer service field and experience in care centre
  • Pleasant personality with good telephone skills & manner a must
  • Work location on Fanling

Skills & knowledge:

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good command of spoken & written Chinese and English
  • Good PC skills including Excel, Words and English & Chinese input ( Chinese Typing 25 wpm, English Typing 30 wpm)
