- With minimum of 3 years’ experience in the hotel industry
- Participate and coordinate in servicing conference, meeting, catering and activities, ensure all servicing details are carried out according to instruction.
- Prepare detailed requirements a week before each event on the Event Orders.
- Respond to all walk in and telephone inquiries regarding Catering space
- Familiar with MS Office, Word, Excel and Power Point
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
