The Job Description

  • Assists in handling incoming calls and event inquiries in a professional manner.
  • To manage sales activities and events on-site with the organizers
  • Plan and conduct familiarization tours and site inspections to our customers
  • Build customer relationship and business engagement with clients
  • Organize wedding exhibitions and various promotional events
  • Execute a systematic, accurate and updated filing system.
  • Follow through the event
  • Assumes other job-related duties as assigned from superiors and complete in timely manner.
  • Carry out ad-hoc and special assignments as required

The Requirement

  • Diploma in Event Management, Hotel Management, Business Management, or related field preferred;
  • Background in F&B Catering Businesses
  • A minimum of 2 year's relevant working experience
  • Sales-oriented, pleasant personality with outgoing character.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
  • Mature, diligent and can work under pressure
  • Proactive, Positive attitude, self-motivated and be good team player
  • Immediate available is highly preferable

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Catering Sales Officer.
