Responsibilities:-

  • To be the in charge of Catering Sales & banquet service team
  • Responsible for and accountable for the departmental operating budget & capital expenditure budget
  • Establish and review of meeting and conference package rates
  • Responsible for the day to day administration duties of Catering Sales
  • Work closely with support departments such as banquet service, kitchen and other relevant departments to ensure that all the client’s expectations are met and exceeded

Requirements:-

  • Degree in hospitality or hotel management
  • Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience of which 3 years’ in management level
  • Strong business acumen and organizing skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication skill, mature and service orientated
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office application including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word
