Catering Sales Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Arrange site visit for all potential guests.
  • Prepare event proposal, confirmation letter and reports.
  • Conduct sales call and sales blitz.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ hotel experience in which at least 2 years in similar capacity.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, ability to speak Putonghua would be an advantage.
  • Self-motivated team player, proactive and aggressive
  • Initiative and commitment to professional values
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Chinese word processing and Delphi Reservation System.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Catering Sales Manager
