Our client is a reputable organization in the hospitality industry with various office locations in the region. They are currently looking for a diligent and proactive C&B Assistant Manager to join their HR team to help with budgeting, salary benchmark, and C&B policy review. You need to have both Hong Kong and PRC experience, other APAC regions would also be ideal.
About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager, you will take a strategic approach in continuously revamping employee’s benefits, market benchmark and cost analysis. You are also responsible of developing HR Policy in accordance with labour regulations, both locally and regionally. You will also participate in HRIS implementation projects for ongoing system upgrade and improvements.
