Oversee the performance management system of the Bank - Manage various HK employee benefits such as Provident Fund, Medical & Dental Insurance, Life and AD&D Insurance, Employees' Compensation Insurance, etc. - Prepare bonus recommendation worksheet, assist in bonus allocation and annual salary review & promotion exercise - Assist in preparation of bonus & personnel expenses budget - prepare HR MIS reports for management such as staff turnover rate and promotion rate
