C&B Manager/ Regional Role

Company Description

Our client is a sizable and stable company with focus on F&B business. Because of business expansion, they are looking for a HR Manager (C&B) to join.

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Head of C&B, and lead a small team in the headquarter
  • Be responsible for designing, revamping and implementing compensation and benefits programs and HR policies to ensure the company competitiveness across the market in different countries.
  • Handle the general C&B practices including but not limited to salary review, market survey and benchmark, etc.
  • Take initiatives to drive improvement in C&B components
  • Drive the HR system implementation across different regions.
  • Create and develop different beneficial plans to drive staff's engagement
  • Prepares HR related reports and participates in ad-hoc HR projects
  • Takes lead in regional C&B projects

Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 10 years of C&B experience in a labor-intensive industry
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR-related legislations and regulations including retirement schemes and taxation, knowledge in the same for other region(s) is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and able to work with stakeholders from different backgrounds.
  • Excellent project management skills and work efficiently.
  • Fluency in Chinese and English is a must
