  • Administer the competitiveness pay and benefits positions (including job evaluation, job grading, survey participation, analysis and improvement recommendations)
  • Analyze commission and bonus payout, year-end review, and regional ad-hoc projects and initiatives
  • Provides overview of monthly staff cost against budget analysis
  • Due diligence exercise in M&A activities


  • Degree holder
  • At least 10 years of C&B, HR analytics experience in sizable organization
  • Sound knowledge in salary and benefits administration, C&B practices and HRIS application
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
