Our client is a famous Banking Group in HK. They are looking for a C&B Rewards Manager/Assistant Manager to join their growing team:
Review and make recommendations on rewards and performance management policies
Ensure policies are in compliance with statutory requirements and in line with market best practice
Manage compensation & benefits salary surveys, job matching, and related analysis to support market pricing and market benchmarking exercises
Provide input to the design and development of compensation strategies including short-term and long-term incentives and support all aspects of the Bank's rewards management
Provide internal consultancy service and guidance on the administration of reward/incentive programmes and staff remuneration review
Update and maintain human resources policies and operation/desktop manual
Assist in liaising with external service providers in designing and administering medical benefits contracts, insurance policies and corporate travel agreement for the Group
Participate in compensation & benefit projects or initiatives
University graduate in Human Resources Management or related discipline
Minimum of 5 years' solid HR experience, of which at least 2 years in rewards & performance management/HR policies review
Experience with banking/financial institution is highly preferred
Familiar with Employment Ordinance and related employment legislation and regulations
Good knowledge of compensation and benefits programmes
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
A good team player with positive working attitude, high in self-motivation, independent, well organised and result oriented
Hands-on experience with HR databases and Microsoft Office including MS Excel and MS Word
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua proficiency a definite advantage
