• Assist in general routine administrative duties including but not limited to office supplies, office equipment maintenance and inventory control
• Assist in drafting notices, liaise with internal business units and external parties
• Perform back-up receptionist duties
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments

• Diploma or above with 2 years executive or administration experiences
• Cheerful personality and willing to learn
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word-processing
• Responsible, detail-minded and able to work under tight schedule
• Conscientious, self-motivated with strong organization skills


Location: Hunghom (near Whampoa MTR station - exit A)
