JOB SUMMARY :
Cargo Sales Agents connect with customers via phone and email and create an experience where customers know they have been heard and understood and feel valued and important. This is accomplished by effective listening, quickly identifying and owning customer issues, making quality decisions, multi-tasking and interacting with a globally diverse group of customers and colleagues.
Primary Responsibilities include :
Research shipment air waybills, do pricing entry, and create cargo sales reports
Verify cargo sales reports with customers
Utilize systems (e.g CASS,CNAP) to upload customer pricing information
Invoice customers and track accounts receivable payments to Delta via the API Billing system as well as trace air waybills as required
Other basic administrative functions
Coordination of customer events from time-to-time will also be required.
High Diploma holder
Working experience in aviation or customer service related field preferred
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, knowledge of Mandarin an advantage
Proficiency in PC software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and under pressure in a sales team environment with result orientated
